Welcome to Buckshot Roulette, imagine you're in a casino. Choose one person you trust to be the dealer; they'll have a shotgun and shells. Others become gamblers, waiting for their turn at the roulette table.
Mike Klubnika birthed Buckshot Roulette and shared it with the world on itch.io on December 29th, 2023, a game developer known for creating immersive and intense experiences.
Before the game begins, head to the store with your starting allowance of 666. Grab a shotgun (cost: 666, Ammo: free) and make sure there are at least three players.
Playing the Game:
Picture a small group sitting at the table. Decide who's making the bets through a coin toss or voting. This person can bet 1 to 3 drops to keep their role and increase the chances of knocking out the non-betting player next turn. After betting, the dealer aims the loaded shotgun at the non-betting player, leading to two outcomes:
If the shotgun doesn't misfire, the bettor loses their role, passing it to the non-better. The former bettor can now only bet a higher number of drops.
If the shotgun misfires, the non-better is out, and the potential drops to bet reset.
If a non-better survives a round, the departing bettor must bet their last wager on themselves before passing the title.
Immersive tabletop gameplay with minimal UI.
15 to 20-minute playthrough.
Fair AI based on what's on the table.
Unscripted rounds for unpredictable but manageable outcomes.
